CNN Host Larry King: Divorce Officially Off

 

Deciding to work through their marital woes, Larry King and Shawn Southwick have made it official that they will not be getting a divorce.

According to People magazine, the CNN host and his wife filed petitions Wednesday in a Los Angeles court to dismiss their divorce case.

King's lawyer Dennis Wasser told People back in April there was a "50-50 chance this divorce is not happening." A month later, the two, who have two sons together, said they owed "it to ourselves and our children to continue being dedicated to each other."

The couple initially filed for divorce documents nearly three months ago.

L.A. County Sheriff’s Department has opened up a domestic violence investigation against Mel Gibson.

 

He’s gotten himself into quite the mess with Oksana Grigorieva, and it is now being reported that the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department has opened up a domestic violence investigation against Mel Gibson.

According to TMZ, the probe is in connection with the hot-tempered actor’s alleged attack against Miss Grigorieva, who is a former girlfriend and the mother of his child.

Sources tell that the alleged incidents occurred in Malibu in both January and February of this year.

It was added that it's a "spousal abuse" investigation and the alleged victim is Oksana, who was interviewed by Sheriff’s deputies on Monday.

The Sheriff's Department has released a statement claiming investigators are "currently gathering information regarding the allegations."
